BSB51915 Diploma of Leadership and Management. This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply knowledge, practical skills and experience in leadership and management across a range of enterprise and industry contexts.
Individuals at this level display initiative and judgement in planning, organising, implementing and monitoring their own workload and the workload of others. They use communication skills to support individuals and teams to meet organisational or enterprise requirements.
They plan, design, apply and evaluate solutions to unpredictable problems, and identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources.
No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this qualification at the time of publication.
International students must be at 18 years of age and over and must have completed at least the equivalent of Year 12.
These students must also have an IELTS score of 5.5 or equivalent (test results must be no more than 3 years old).

After achieving this qualification, candidates may choose to undertake studies at a higher education level. This course is a pathway into the Advanced Diploma OF Leadership and Management as well as higher education qualifications in business or management.
